Vat Happened to the Veggies?
Kinderkids ~ we have a problem! There is a mystery in room C109! I found these vegetables in our fridge this afternoon right before I left school! What has happened to them? I remember reading something with you about white veggies but our parents, friends, and relatives probably don’t have a clue what is happening to these poor veggie victims. Do you think you can tell the bloggers what is going on in our class? Be sure to tell them what we are reading, what is happening in the story and how you think the story is going to end. (Yes I need you to make another prediction!) I hope we can do something about this mystery before our pumpkins turn white! Maybe, if you tell the readers about what is happening we will be able to save our pumpkins together! Hurry – don’t delay!

i think they turned white because somebunny with fangs sucked the juices out of them

Oh no! Some is sucking the juice out of the vegtables and that is why they turn white.
I hope the vegtables get their color back so they taste good.

I think that the bunny, bunicula got the veggies in our fridge and sucked all the juice out and turned them white. In our story, I think bunicula will get out of his cage and get in the kitchen. I hope he doesn’ get my pumpkin!
