Welcome to Kindergarten!
I imagine that most of you have been talking about Kindergarten with your parents all summer long. I think that most of you are excited to come to kindergarten and I’ll bet that some of you are nervous about starting school. Starting school is a tough thing to do. It’s hard going to a new place with new faces and saying goodbye to the ones you love. I know I get nervous when I meet new people and I especially get nervous about school starting. So, I have an idea to make things a little easier for all of us. We can get to know each other on our classroom blog. It’s really easy and it’s a lot of fun! All we have to do is click on the word “comment” below to write a message to our friends to introduce ourselves.
When you leave a comment, tell us your first name only, something you enjoyed over the summer, and what you are looking forward to learning in Kindergarten. Remember, I will first have to approve your comment before anyone can see it. Audio, video, and text comments are all acceptable ways for you to share with us. Isn’t it great that you can share information about school with friends and relatives that live far away? I am very excited to hear from all of you!
