KinderKids, did you know that February is National Children’s Dental Health Month? I am so happy that our nation chose to note the importance of healthy teeth. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages…the KinderKids would like to announce the arrival of a new member to our team. A very special visitor has arrived in our classroom, his name is Stanley Lambchop. Stanley has been flattened by a bulletin board in the middle of the night! Now he is only a half of an inch thick…can you believe it? Stanley is so skinny – he can be mailed to visit his friends in California. Can you imagine being 1/2 an inch thick? Think of the things you could do and then think of the things you couldn’t do. Take a few minutes to tell us what you would do if you were a 1/2 an inch think like Stanley. Do you think Stanley will do that in our book?
